Why us?
Lindsay Maillard is our qualified drafting and design specialist, who also has over 16 years of experience in the designing and drawing of transportable homes. Lindsay also has 30 years’ experience as a manager and estimator with his initial qualification being as a structural steel fabricator. Lindsay is currently completing his registered builders’ qualification. Lindsay also worked as a mechanical designer and estimator for “NVE”, a company that made refuellers for aircraft. Lindsay managed the quality control ISO 9001 for defence force and oil industry projects and prides himself on providing you with a quality product.
Jim Scullion is a qualified carpenter who was a production manager for 10 of his 30 years manufacturing transportable homes. Jim was also responsible for quality assurance and managed a team of 50 workers.
David Thomson is our certified licenced plumber who has worked on manufactured transportable homes for 35 years. David specialises in all aspects of plumbing and air conditioning, specifically for Park cabins.
Ryan Jeary is a qualified carpenter who has experience in all facets of manufacturing transportable homes and being a line supervisor during his 30 years.
We have our own qualified electricians and plasterers who
are all focused on providing an excellent service.
A park cabin business, where our sole focus is on the designing and building of high quality, affordable Park cabins for caravan parks, using our skills and wealth of knowledge from the Park cabin industry.
Our sole focus is the manufacturing of movable dwellings for caravan parks. Along with our 100 years+ of experience in the Park cabin industry we have directly been involved with the design, drafting, construction, delivery, and installation of over 150 Park cabins per year for many years
